Giving Society donors make our exceptional educational programming possible by generously supporting the Annual Fund. Fernbank expresses its deepest gratitude to these distinguished donors for their critical contributions that support special exhibits, Giant Screen films, cultural and scientific enrichment programming, outdoor adventures and more! With recognition in the Giving Societies, you are among a distinguished group of donors who support the world-class institution of Fernbank.
Discovery Society recognizes donors who make annual unrestricted gifts of $2,500 to $4,999.
- Unlimited visits to Fernbank for you and your family
- Recognition on a donor panel in special exhibitions
- Invitation to an annual reception honoring Giving Society donors
- Invitations to attend private receptions, including special exhibit openings, giant screen film screenings, the annual premiere of Winter Wonderland, and Fernbank Forest walks
- Invitation to A Timeless Affair (additional cost to attend the gala)
- Fernbank After Dark tickets for 2 individuals
- A total of 20 electronic general admission passes
- 20% discount in the Museum Store and The Fernbank Café
- Two free guests or caregivers
- Concierge service for reservations and other society benefits
- All but $350 is tax-deductible. Donor may waive benefits and receive full tax-deductibility as allowed by law.
Conservation Society recognizes donors who make annual unrestricted gifts of $5,000 to $9,999.
Donors receive these enhanced benefits, above and beyond those of the Discovery Society:
- Unlimited access to Fernbank for you, your family and up to six guests
- Fernbank After Dark tickets for 4 individuals
- A total of 24 electronic general admission passes
- One (1) gift membership at the Family Explorer Level to share
- 5% discount on facility rental
- All but $500 is tax-deductible. Donor may waive benefits and receive full tax-deductibility as allowed by law.
Fernbank Society recognizes donors who make annual unrestricted gifts of $10,000 to $14,999.
Donors receive these enhanced benefits, above and beyond those of the Conservation Society:
Unlimited access to Fernbank for you, your family and up to ten guests
- Wildwoods: AGLOW tickets for 6 individuals
- A total of 30 electronic general admission passes
- 10% discount on facility rental
- All but $650 is tax-deductible. Donor may waive benefits and receive full tax-deductibility as allowed by law.
Donors receive these enhanced benefits, above and beyond those of the Fernbank Society:
VIP behind-the-scenes tours of exhibitions and special collections
- Exclusive access to senior staff, curators and guest scientists
- One private use of Fernbank’s boardroom (added special event costs apply; space-available basis)
- 15% discount on facility rental
- All but $750 is tax-deductible. Donor may waive benefits and receive full tax-deductibility as allowed by law.

Curator’s Circle:
Private lunch with Fernbank’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Grant Warner

All Giving Society donors will receive digital cards granting admission into Fernbank. Physical cards may be requested if preferred. Access includes admission to the museum, special exhibitions, Giant Screen films** and outdoor experiences.
**One film per visit. First-come, first-served.
Fernbank is a nonprofit natural history museum, giant screen theater and old-growth forest, and is not affiliated with Fernbank Science Center, which operates as a division of DeKalb County Schools.
