Membership Registration

  1. From Fernbank's main page, click BUY TICKETS. Then click BUY MEMBER TICKETS. Click "Register" at the top right of the page:
  2. Complete all of the required fields.  Be sure to use the same information that was provided when you joined as a member.  If you have recently moved or unsure of this information, please contact us.
  3. Please note that for accounts that include a caregiver, in order to receive free admission tickets, reservations must be made under the primary member’s name.
  4. Once complete, click "Register" at the bottom left of the page. 
  5. Once the system has confirmed your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your junk folder if you do not see this email right away.
  6. Return to the online sales page and "Sign in" at the top right of the page. 
  7. A pop-up will appear in middle of the page. Enter the email address and password you used to register and click "Sign in":

  8. Choose your preferred date and time. 
  9. Enter the number of member tickets that you need to reserve.   
  10. Click "Add to cart" at the bottom left of the page. NOTE: The Free member discount will not be applied until you get to the checkout page.
  11. Verify your member discount on this page:
  12. Click "Check out" at the bottom right of the page. 
  13. Your reservation is now complete.  You will receive an email confirmation and a separate email containing a link to the eTicket(s). 
  14. Take a screen shot of e-tickets on your phone or print out the tickets.
  15. Have proof of membership, identification and e-ticket(s) ready at the museum entrance.
