Membership Reservations

Thank you for your Fernbank membership. With an active membership you can now reserve your free or discounted member tickets online.

Before making your ticket selection, be sure you register your online account and sign in to reserve your tickets. You will need to use the same information (email address, etc.) used when you originally purchased your membership.

After you are registered and signed in, here are the instructions for reserving your member tickets: 

1. Click BUY TICKETS on Fernbank’s main webpage. Select YES when asked “Do you have a Fernbank Membership?”
2. Click GET TICKETS NOW.
3. Once you click the Sign In button on the bottom of the next page, you may select the date of your visit and number of tickets needed.  Click Add to cart.
4. Please note, once you are signed in, you will see your email address in the top corner of the page.
5. Confirm the details of your visit and check out.
6. You will receive an email with a barcode for your tickets.  You must have barcode(s) scanned upon arrival at the box office AND at the theater entrance (if seeing a movie).
