Fernbank Museum is honored to receive funding from generous corporations, foundations and individuals to help subsidize admissions for underserved students through the Museum Access Scholarship Program.
Fernbank welcomes up to 60,000 students each year, 17,000 of which visit on needs-based Museum Access scholarships. Museum Access, a subsidized admissions and scholarship assistance program for students from Title 1 designated schools, leverages approximately $250,000 to ensure that students from all backgrounds have access to the transformative learning opportunities Fernbank offers. Fernbank is able to leverage relationships with teachers and administrators and provide scholarship funding to help cover the cost of a field trip to the museum.
A limited number of scholarships are available for qualifying school groups. Fernbank also offers discounted admission to schools who do not qualify for scholarships. Apply for a scholarship online or call 404.929.6320.
