Fernbank on the Go!
Fernbank on the Go! is an interdisciplinary, discovery-based vehicle designed to support hands-on experiments, exploratory encounters and imaginative maker activities. Traveling across the Atlanta region to visit partner schools, clubs, libraries and more, Fernbank on the Go! will allow Fernbank to improve accessibility and expand our outreach programs within our shared community. Activities are designed to build core arts and science knowledge through inquiry, problem solving and exploration; encourage parent engagement and family learning; and help support children’s academic aspirations.

Fernbank is a nonprofit natural history museum, giant screen theater and old-growth forest, and is not affiliated with Fernbank Science Center, which operates as a division of DeKalb County Schools.
