On select nights from November 14, 2025, through February, 28, 2026, Fernbank comes alive with nighttime museum hours indoors and WildWoods: AGLOW outdoors.
WildWoods: AGLOW is a multi-sensory afterhours experience for all generations that immerses visitors into a dramatic exploration of nature through glowing and dynamic adventures, uniquely curated to highlight the living flora and fauna within WildWoods.
WildWoods: AGLOW combines dramatic artistry and original music compositions to immerse guests into a nighttime wonderland. Highlights include an interactive tulip poplar pod, projections of nocturnal wildlife, glowing native plant species, larger-than-life incandescent mushrooms and more. Guests will also discover luminous dandelions, fluttering dragonflies, swarming bats, glowing garden towers and more.
Unlike anything else in Atlanta, WildWoods: AGLOW is an all-ages event except when the experience coincides with Fernbank After Dark (ages 21+ only) on Nov. 14, Dec. 12, Jan. 9 and Feb. 13.

Museum Nights
Experience the full museum after-hours during WildWoods: AGLOW. Defy gravity in Fantastic Forces, escape to an indoor treehouse in NatureQuest, discover expressions of people around the world in Reflections of Culture, travel across the state and into prehistoric environments in A Walk Through Time in Georgia, and walk beneath some of the world’s largest dinosaurs in Giants of the Mesozoic.

Exclusive Giant Screen Film
Embark on a nocturnal journey through London’s Natural History Museum, where extinct creatures break free from their display cases, shake off the dust and roam once more, showing exclusively during WildWoods: AGLOW at 7:30 p.m.; 8:15 p.m.; 9 p.m.; 9:45 p.m. & 10:30 p.m.
