Q: How do I select my film and showtime?
A: There is not a separate ticket for films; admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Entrance to the theater is in the Star Gallery on the 1st Floor, and seating begins 15 minutes before showtime.
Q: What if I don’t plan to see a film?
A: No action is necessary. Simply enjoy the experiences that interest you most.
Q: May I see more than one film?
A: One film is included with a general admission ticket. If you would like to see more than one film, you may purchase an additional ticket for $5 each at Admissions (if capacity allows).
Q: Will groups be able to see a movie?
A: Groups are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their desired showtime. Your group members are not required to all attend the same movie and/or showtime. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced reservations are not available.

Q: I am a Fernbank member. Will I be able to take advantage of the film being included with my free general admission ticket?
A: Yes! All active members may see one film per person on their membership as part of their general admission ticket at no extra charge. An additional film may be purchased for $5 per person.
Q: What do I do if I’m late to my film?
A: Doors to the theater open 15 minutes before the start of each film. All audience members should be seated in the theater before the published film start time. There is no late seating permitted. If you miss the start time of the film you wanted to see, please choose another film time.
Q: Where do I go to enter and exit the Giant Screen Theater?
A: Entrance to the Giant Screen Theater is through the Star Gallery on the 1st Floor. At the conclusion of the film, please exit to the rear of the theater, on the 2nd Floor.
For ADA access, alert Admissions so they can arrange entry through the theater exit on the 2nd Floor, which allows for seating without the need to navigate the theater stairs.
