In addition to a wide array of permanent and special exhibitions and movies on the 4-story giant screen, Fernbank Museum also hosts a variety of special events and programs, as well as drop-in programs offered on weekends and school holidays.

Holiday Hours Notice: Fernbank Museum will be closed Thursday, November 22 for Thanksgiving and Tuesday, December 25 for Christmas. On Monday, December 31, 2018, Fernbank Museum will open at 12:30pm due to the Museum’s ticketed family event, Noon Year’s Eve. The Giant Screen Theater resumes its normal schedule at 1pm.
