Earn your wings with Fernbank Museum scientists during this family-friendly (ages 10+) beginner birding program. Guests will learn to identify commonly-spotted bird species native to the Georgia Piedmont before practicing their new skills during a birding tour of Fernbank Forest. Program lasts approximately 3 hours. Participants should bring their own water and binoculars, and wear weather-appropriate clothing for this outdoor program. Suitable for ages 10 and up; children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cost: Members $10; Non-members $28 for adults, $27 for seniors, $16 for children (includes general Museum admission). Space is limited to 25 people and advance registration is required by April 20. Register online or by calling 404.929.6400.
