Fernbank Celebrates Archaeology in May

Georgia Archaeology Awareness Month, recognized each May, is a state-wide initiative designed to promote public awareness, support learning and encourage preservation of Georgia’s archaeological resources. Fernbank Museum is a proud to offer the opportunity for Museum visitors to learn more about this fascinating science and the look into human history it provides.
