Celebrate the Luck o’ the Irish
at Fernbank’s Martinis & IMAX®
What:
ATLANTA—Fernbank Museum is offering a chance to get a head start on celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a special evening of Martinis o’ IMAX® on Friday, March 14, from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Guests can enjoy a “Lucky Leprechaun” martini or choose another Irish-inspired ‘gargle’ from a special drink menu, and show off their best Irish jig to live music by The Breeze Kings. As always, creative cuisine will be available for purchase and you can catch a flick on the biggest screen in town in Fernbank’s IMAX® Theatre. The Martinis & IMAX® film line-up for March 14 features 6 p.m. Journey into Amazing Caves at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., Cirque du Soleil: Journey of Man at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Greece: Secrets of the Past at 10 p.m.
A special Pre-Patty Package is available for purchase and includes one film ticket, one drink ticket valid for any beverage, a featured entrée of pork tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes and cabbage, and a souvenir beer glass. The package is priced at $40 and includes tax and gratuity.
The Pre-Patty Package is available Friday, March 14 only and advance purchase is required by calling 404.929.6400.
Regular Martinis & IMAX® ticket prices apply for those wishing to enjoy the Irish-themed festivities without purchasing a package and are $10 for members and $15 for non-members (includes IMAX® ticket). After 6:30 p.m., there is a $7 cover charge when not purchasing an IMAX® ticket. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 404.929.6400.
