Fernbank Museum Announces New Ticket Prices for 2007
ATLANTA—Beginning January 1, 2007, Fernbank Museum of Natural History will introduce new prices for Museum, IMAX® and all Value Pass tickets. Always an affordable family destination, Fernbank members still receive free Museum admission and $6 IMAX® tickets. Membership prices will remain the same with a standard family membership available for just $75, which allows two adults and up to four children unlimited Museum admission for one year.
Along with access to the Museum’s permanent exhibitions, the new Museum ticket prices will continue to include admission to the Museum’s special exhibitions, such as the upcoming exhibits Lizards & Snakes: Alive! and Frogs: A Chorus of Colors.
The new prices, which include all applicable sales tax, will be:
Museum admission: $13 for adults, $12 for students and seniors, and $11 for children ages 3 to 12.
IMAX® admission: $11 for adults, $10 for students and seniors, and $9 for children ages 3 to 12.
Value Passes, which include Museum and IMAX® admission: $19 for adults, $17 for students and seniors, and $15 for children ages 3 to 12.
Double Feature tickets, which include admission to two IMAX® films: $17 for adults, $15 for students and seniors, and $13 for children ages 3 to 12.
Super Value Passes, which include Museum admission and two IMAX® films: $24 for adults, $21 for students and seniors, and $18 for children ages 3 to 12.
Children two and under receive free admission to the Museum and IMAX® Theatre on a space-available basis.
Fernbank Museum of Natural History is located at 767 Clifton Road. The Museum is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Extended hours are offered Friday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for Martinis & IMAX®.
