Celebrating Ancient Empires
Fernbank Museum of Natural History celebrates the holiday season at its Annual Family Holiday Event Celebrating Ancient Empires. Inspired by the special exhibition, Imperial Rome, Celebrating Ancient Empires features a mix of traditional holiday and Roman-themed activities and performances.

Gladiator Bouts featuring The Ludus Gladiatorum Australis
Atlanta Suzuki Strings orchestra
Special appearances by:
Santa Claus

Maximus the Lion, The Gwinnett Gladiators mascot

Celebrating Ancient Empires is included with Museum admission and is free for members. Museum admission is $12 for adults, $11 for students/seniors, and $10 for children 12 and under. Children 2 and under receive free admission. Museum & IMAX® Value Passes are $17 for adults, $15 for students /seniors, and $13 for children 12 and under.
