An event at Fernbank Museum of Natural History isn’t only about the gathering room. Give your guests the VIP treatment by adding private access to the exhibition galleries and IMAX® Theatre. Special exhibitions and custom-selected IMAX® films can enhance your guests’ experience. Please ask a special events coordinator about ordering custom films to best suit your event needs.
Rental Fee for Exhibitions
- $1,000 per exhibition Saturday – Thursday, Friday (December only)
- Available between 6 p.m. and 1 a.m.
- Access to special exhibitions may require additional fees
Rental Fee for IMAX® Theatre:
- $1,000 for each additional screening
- $2,500 Saturday – Thursday, Friday (December only) includes one film screening
- $4,000 Saturday – Thursday, Friday (December only) includes one film screening and use of The Star Gallery
- $3,500 Saturday – Thursday, Friday (December only) includes one film screening and use of Lobby
- Available between 6 p.m. and 1 a.m., Saturday through Thursday

There is a rental minimum of $5,500 for all Saturday night events and Friday night events in December.
