A single-serving of Blanc de Blancs, this sparkiling wine is zesty and refreshing. Delicately fruity and delightfully refreshing, the crisp flavors of apples and pears are made brighter by a hint of citrus and honeysuckle.
Francis Ford Coppola Bianco Pinot Grigio California 2006 $7/$28
Vibrant and full of verve, it has intense floral aromas that mingle with cool melon and tropical fruit. A light, crisp mouthfeel, complemented by fresh peach, ripe pear, and pink grapefruit flavors.
Francis Ford Coppola Rosso California 2005 $7/$28
Primarily Zinfandel with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, it is made in the same spirit as the first California table wines. A supple texture of rich, juicy flavors of plum, cherries, mocha, and strawberry jam.

Ripe, lush berry fruit flavors and moderate tannins are the trademark characteristics. Rich in concentration, yet balanced by the spicy finish, this wine is delicious all on its own or when paired with hearty dishes.
