The Naturalist Center
The Naturalist Center is a special educational facility equipped with laboratories, computers and other state-of-the-art science equipment. Instructional staff and scientists from both Fernbank Museum and Fernbank Science Center teach school programs, summer camps and special programs in these laboratories.
The Naturalist Center also provides a unique resource for the public (at select times), including programs such as Ask A Geologist, which allows anyone to bring rocks, minerals and fossils to the Museum for identification by one of Fernbank’s geologists.
