Taking a cue from the special exhibition The Scoop on Poop, this DINO-riffic weekend will feature a variety of dinosaur-themed activities.

Scheduled Activities for Sunday, July 15*

Dissect a Dino Coprolite
Noon – 4pm, Great Hall
Carnivore or herbivore? Use your best scientist skills in this fun simulation.

Dinosaur Tattoos
Noon – 4pm, Great Hall
Show your love of dinosaurs with whimsical (and washable) temporary tattoos.

Argentinosaurus Necklace Craft
Noon – 4pm, Great Hall
Create your own wearable Argentinosaurus you can take home.

Tyrannosaurus Puzzle
Noon – 4pm, Great Hall
Budding paleontologists will love putting together this realistic 3-foot-long Tyrannosaurus rex puzzle.

T-rexavator Game
Noon – 4pm, Great Hall
Put your excavating skills to the test in this fun game similar to “Operation.”

Claw and Tooth Exploration
Noon – 4pm, Great Hall
Explore the teeth and claws of some popular dinosaur species in this fun game.

The Scoop on Poop
Noon – 4pm, Self-guided
Do you have what it takes to be a dinosaur dung detective? Find out in the #1 exhibit about #2!

Dr. Dinosaur Puppet Show by Lee Bryan, “That Puppet Guy"
1pm, 2pm Auditorium
Join Dr. Dinosaur on an exciting prehistoric expedition. (Limited seating; shows are approximately 20 minutes.)

Jason’s Music Party
1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, Great Hall
Enjoy an interactive musical experience for kids and families featuring songs about dinosaurs.
