Taking a cue from the special exhibition The Scoop on Poop, this DINO-riffic weekend will feature a variety of dinosaur-themed activities.

Meet a Paleontologist

Meet Paleontologist Dr. Anthony (Tony) Martin from Emory University and learn about the fascinating study of dinosaur trace fossils.

Dissect a Dino Coprolite
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Carnivore or herbivore? Use your best scientist skills in this fun simulation.

Dinosaur Tattoos
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Show your love of dinosaurs with whimsical (and washable) temporary tattoos.

Argentinosaurus Necklace Craft
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Create your own wearable Argentinosaurus you can take home.

Tyrannosaurus Puzzle
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Budding paleontologists will love putting together this realistic 3-foot-longTyrannosaurus rex puzzle.

T-rexavator Game
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Put your excavating skills to the test in this fun game similar to “Operation.”

Claw and Tooth Exploration
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Explore the teeth and claws of some popular dinosaur species in this fun game.

The Scoop on Poop

Do you have what it takes to be a dinosaur dung detective? Find out in the #1 exhibit about #2!

Dr. Dinosaur Puppet Show by Lee Bryan, “That Puppet Guy"
Noon, 1pm, Auditorium
Join Dr. Dinosaur on an exciting prehistoric expedition. (Limited seating; shows are approximately 20 minutes.)
