Lecture and Book Signing

Dinosaurs without Bones: Dinosaur Lives as Revealed by Their Trace Fossils
Dr. Anthony J. Martin, Emory University
Sunday, March 23, 4pm

What if all of the dinosaur bones disappeared tomorrow—how would we know that dinosaurs existed and how they behaved? Fortunately, dinosaurs left tracks, nests, and many other traces during their 165-million-year history. Join paleontologist Tony Martin for insight into dinosaur trace fossils and the lasting marks these animals left on our modern world. A book signing will immediately follow the lecture.

Cost: Lecture is free and reservations required at 404.929.6400. Museum and/or IMAX® admission must be purchased separately. Lecture-only guests will be seated starting at 3:45 pm. Books available for separate purchase in Museum Store.

This lecture is made possible by a generous gift from Marty and John Gillin in honor of Carter and Hampton Morris.
