Royal Hat Craft

Every ruler needs a crown. Make and decorate your own regal Mongolian hat in this fun activity.

Catapult Launch
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Try your hand at siege warfare with our table top catapults. Can you hit the castle wall and conquer your neighbors?

Fortune Telling
10am-2pm, Great Hall
Throw the bones to see what kind of ruler you will be.

Falconry Presentation from Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
11am, 1pm, Auditorium (Limited seating)
Learn all about falconry, “The Sport of Kings,” and see a live falcon up close.

Storytelling
Noon. Auditorium (Limited seating)
Join us for exciting tales about the natural world with Rob Cleveland, Fernbank's storyteller-in-residence.

Chinese Lion Dance and Martial Arts Performance by the Chien Hong School of Kung Fu
12:30pm, 1:30pm, Great Hall
The lion dance is a Chinese traditional performance art that is often demonstrated at celebrations in many Asian cultures and is believed to bring luck and fortune to all those who see it. Kung Fu is one of the oldest fighting arts known to mankind.

Cost: Included with Museum admission and free for members.
